블리스 에이아이 주식회사(이하 "회사")는 LAYNEXO 앱과 홈페이지(이하 "서비스")를 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키고 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 둡니다.

앱은 문제를 진단하기 위해 연결 상태(기기 이름, IP 주소 등)를 운영체제의 로그(콘솔)에 남길 수 있으며, 이 로그도 회사로 보내지 않습니다.
운영체제의 백업(iCloud 백업, Android 자동 백업, Mac의 Time Machine 등)을 켜 두면 앱 설정이 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 그 처리는 각 백업 서비스 제공자의 방침을 따릅니다.
4. 기기 사이에서 오가는 정보
다음 정보는 이용자의 호스트(Mac·Windows PC)와 디스플레이 기기 사이에서 같은 네트워크나 USB 케이블로 곧장 오가며, 회사나 다른 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
연결할 때: 기기 이름·모델·운영체제·앱 판, 화면 크기, 지원하는 영상 형식, 기기의 공개 키. 호스트는 처음 보는 기기의 이름과 모델을 승인 창에 보여 주고, 양쪽 화면에 같은 확인 코드를 띄웁니다.
연결 중: 호스트의 화면 영상과 커서 위치·모양(호스트 → 기기), 터치·클릭·스크롤·키 입력(기기 → 호스트). "내 화면 보내기"(태블릿 미러링)를 쓰면 기기의 화면 영상(기기 → 호스트).
호스트 찾기: 호스트는 기기가 자신을 찾을 수 있도록 컴퓨터 이름, 키 지문, 포트 번호를 같은 네트워크에 몇 초마다 알립니다(UDP 방송·Bonjour). 이 알림은 암호화되지 않아 같은 네트워크의 다른 기기도 볼 수 있습니다. 기기가 호스트를 찾을 때 보내는 요청에는 기기를 알아볼 수 있는 정보가 없습니다.

6. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
문의: 처리를 마친 날부터 1년(같은 문의의 재확인과 분쟁 대응) 뒤 파기

9. 개인정보의 국외 이전
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보를 국외에서 처리하도록 위탁합니다(「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8 제1항 제3호).
메일의 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 이메일로 문의·사전 등록을 하지 않으면 됩니다. 앱 이용에는 영향이 없습니다.
10. 개인정보의 파기 절차와 방법
회사는 보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적을 달성한 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
11. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 회사가 처리하는 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 이메일(hello@laynexo.com)로 요청하시면 본인임을 확인한 뒤 10일 이내에 조치하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 대리인을 통해서도 요청할 수 있으며, 이때는 위임장을 제출해야 합니다.
앱이 기기 안에 저장한 정보는 회사가 갖고 있지 않으므로 이용자가 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
"항상 허용"한 기기: 호스트 앱의 "항상 허용한 기기" 목록에서 허용을 해제합니다.
iPad·iPhone·Android: 앱을 지우면 앱 설정이 함께 지워집니다. 다만 iPad·iPhone의 키체인에 저장된 내 화면 보내기 연결 정보는 운영체제 특성상 앱을 지운 뒤에도 남을 수 있습니다(다른 앱은 읽을 수 없습니다).

12. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
연결 암호화: Wi-Fi든 USB든 호스트와 기기 사이의 모든 연결은 Noise 프로토콜(Noise_XX_25519_ChaChaPoly_BLAKE2s)로 암호화하고, 기기마다 고유한 키를 씁니다. 처음 보는 기기는 양쪽 화면의 확인 코드를 맞춰 보고 호스트에서 허용해야 연결되며, 다시 연결할 때는 기억한 호스트 키와 같은지 확인합니다.
최소 처리: 회사는 앱 이용 정보를 받는 서버를 두지 않으며, 문의 메일에 필요한 정보만 처리합니다.
접근 통제: 문의 메일함은 담당자만 접근하도록 관리합니다.
13. 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영과 거부
회사는 쿠키를 쓰지 않으며, 홈페이지와 앱 모두 이용 행태를 추적·분석하는 도구, 광고 도구, 오류 보고 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 홈페이지는 이용자가 고른 언어만 브라우저 저장소에 저장하며, 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 삭제됩니다.
14. 아동의 개인정보
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 법정대리인의 동의 없이 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 문의하려면 법정대리인이 대신 연락해 주시기 바랍니다. 앱은 회사에 개인정보를 보내지 않습니다.
15. 개인정보 보호책임자
회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하고 이용자의 불만 처리와 피해 구제를 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정합니다.
이 방침은 2026년 10월 14일부터 시행합니다. 내용을 추가·삭제·수정하는 경우 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 홈페이지에 알립니다.

Bliss AI Inc. (the "Company") provides the LAYNEXO apps and website (the "Service"). We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, and set out this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.
In short — The LAYNEXO apps send nothing to our servers. Screen, input and device information travels only between your computer and your devices, and the information needed to connect is stored only on your devices. The only personal information we process is the email you send to hello@laynexo.com and the connection data handled when our website is delivered.
1. Purposes of processing
We process personal information for the following purposes. If a purpose changes, we will notify you in advance as required by law and obtain consent where necessary.
Answering inquiries: replying to your questions and letting you know the outcome
Early access and launch news: sending launch news and early-access information to people who signed up
Providing the website: delivering the website and protecting it from security threats
We do not collect personal information through the apps. What the apps store on your devices and exchange between them is described in sections 3 and 4.

Screen video and input are never stored anywhere.
To help diagnose problems, the apps may write connection status (such as device names and IP addresses) to the operating system's log (console). These logs are not sent to us either.
If you turn on operating-system backups (iCloud Backup, Android Auto Backup, Time Machine on a Mac, etc.), app settings may be included in those backups, which are governed by the backup provider's policy.
4. What travels between your devices
The following information travels directly between your host (a Mac or Windows PC) and your display devices over your local network or a USB cable, without passing through us or any other server.
When connecting: device name, model, OS and app version, screen size, supported video formats, and the device's public key. The host shows a new device's name and model in its approval window and displays the same confirmation code on both screens.
While connected: the host's screen video and cursor position and shape (host → device); touch, click, scroll and key input (device → host); and, when you use Send your screen (tablet mirroring), the device's screen video (device → host).
Finding hosts: so devices can find it, a host announces its computer name, key fingerprint and port number on the local network every few seconds (UDP broadcast and Bonjour). These announcements are not encrypted, so other devices on the same network can see them. The request a device sends to look for hosts contains nothing that identifies the device.
Everything exchanged after connecting is encrypted as described in 12. Security measures. Viewing a cable-connected iPad's or iPhone's screen in a window on a Mac uses Apple's USB screen device and does not go over the network.

6. Retention
Inquiries: destroyed one year after the inquiry is resolved (to follow up on the same inquiry and handle disputes)

9. International transfers
To provide the Service, we entrust processing of personal information outside Korea as follows (Article 28-8(1)(3) of the Personal Information Protection Act).
If you do not want your mail transferred abroad, simply don't send us inquiries or early-access requests by email. This does not affect your use of the apps.
10. Destruction
We destroy personal information without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
11. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of the personal information we process about you. Email hello@laynexo.com; we will act within 10 days after verifying your identity and let you know the result. You may also make a request through an agent with a power of attorney.
We do not hold the information the apps store on your devices, so you can delete it yourself:
"Always allow" devices: revoke them in the host app's "Always allowed devices" list.
iPad, iPhone and Android: deleting the app deletes its settings. However, the Send-your-screen connection info stored in the iPad or iPhone keychain may remain after the app is deleted, due to how iOS works (no other app can read it).
Mac: after deleting the app, delete the ~/Library/Application Support/kr.blissai.blxdual folder and the ~/Library/Preferences/kr.blissai.blxdual.plist file.
Windows: after uninstalling the app, delete the blxdual folder in your app data folder (%APPDATA%).
12. Security measures
Encrypted connections: over Wi-Fi or USB, every connection between a host and a device is encrypted with the Noise protocol (Noise_XX_25519_ChaChaPoly_BLAKE2s), using a unique key per device. A new device connects only after the confirmation codes on both screens are checked and the host allows it, and on reconnecting the device checks that the host's key matches the one it remembered.
Minimal processing: we run no server that receives app usage data, and process only what inquiry emails require.
Access control: the inquiry mailbox is accessible only to the staff responsible.
13. Cookies and local storage
We do not use cookies. Neither the website nor the apps use tools that track or analyze behavior, advertising tools, or crash-reporting tools. The website stores only your chosen language in browser storage, which is removed when you clear your browser data.
14. Children
We do not accept personal information from children under 14 without the consent of a legal guardian. If a child under 14 wishes to contact us, please have a legal guardian do so. The apps send no personal information to us.
15. Privacy officer
We have designated the following privacy officer to oversee the processing of personal information and to handle complaints and remedies.
This policy takes effect on October 14, 2026. When we add, delete or modify content, we will post a notice on the website at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
