These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Bliss AI Inc. (the "Company") and users regarding the use of the LAYNEXO software and related services provided by the Company (the "Service"), and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means the LAYNEXO apps provided by the Company (for macOS, Windows, iPadOS, iOS and Android), the virtual display driver for Windows, and the website (laynexo.com).
  2. "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.
  3. "Host" means the computer (a Mac or a Windows PC) whose screen is extended with the Service.
  4. "Display device" means a device that becomes an extended or mirrored screen of a Host, or that sends its own screen to a Host.

Article 3 (Posting and changes)

  1. The Company posts these Terms on the website.
  2. The Company may change these Terms to the extent permitted by law. When it does, it announces the effective date and reason on the website or in the app at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to Users).
  3. Users who do not agree to the changed Terms may stop using the Service. If the Company's notice under paragraph 2 stated that continued use after the effective date will be treated as consent, a User who keeps using the Service after that date is deemed to have agreed to the change.

Article 4 (Formation of the agreement)

  1. The agreement is formed when a User agrees to these Terms and installs or starts using the Service.
  2. Users under 14 must have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Service.

Article 5 (License)

  1. The Company grants Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Service on their own computers and devices under these Terms.
  2. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Company or the rightful owners, and these Terms grant Users no rights other than those expressly stated.

Article 6 (Service content and changes)

  1. The specific features of the Service and the supported operating systems and devices are described on the website and in the app.
  2. Some features of the Service, such as virtual displays, screen capture and input forwarding, rely on operating-system capabilities provided by Apple, Microsoft and Google. Operating-system updates or policy changes may alter some features or make them unavailable; in that case the Company will announce it and endeavor to provide an alternative.
  3. The Company may add, change or discontinue features to improve the Service, and will announce in advance any change that materially affects use.

Article 7 (Fees)

  1. The Service is currently provided free of charge.
  2. If the Company introduces paid subscriptions, it will set out fees, payment and refund terms in a separate pricing policy and announce it at least 30 days before it takes effect. No fees are charged unless a User signs up for a paid subscription.

Article 8 (Your responsibilities)

  1. Users must connect the Service only to computers and devices they are entitled to use.
  2. When allowing a new device to connect, Users must check that the confirmation codes on both screens match. Users manage the devices they have set to "Always allow" and should revoke devices they no longer use.
  3. Extended screens may lag or stutter. Do not use the Service where screen lag or interruption could lead to death, bodily injury or serious property damage, such as controlling medical devices, vehicles, aircraft or industrial equipment.

Article 9 (Prohibited conduct)

Users must not:

  1. connect to another person's computer or device without proper authority, or secretly view or record another person's screen;
  2. use the Service to distribute malware or attack other systems;
  3. circumvent or disable the Service's security measures (such as encryption and connection approval);
  4. reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service except where permitted by law, or copy the Service to sell, distribute or rent it;
  5. use the Service for any other purpose contrary to law or public order.

Article 10 (Your data)

  1. The Company provides updates to improve features and security. If the app versions on a Host and a Display device differ greatly, some features may be limited or the devices may not connect, so please use the latest version.
  2. If the Company ends the Service, for example because it closes the business, it will announce this at least 30 days in advance.

Article 12 (Terminating the agreement)

Users may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. The Privacy Policy explains how to remove Service data left on a device.

Article 13 (Company obligations)

The Company complies with applicable law and these Terms, and endeavors to provide the Service reliably and to protect Users' personal information.

Article 14 (Damages and limitation of liability)

  1. If the Company or a User breaches these Terms and causes damage to the other party, it shall compensate for that damage.
  2. The Company is not liable for damage that arises without its intent or negligence, such as natural disasters, causes attributable to the User, or failures or changes of products and services provided by third parties, including operating systems, networks and devices.
  3. For Services provided free of charge, the Company is not liable for damage arising in connection with their use unless the Company acted with intent or gross negligence.

  2. For apps obtained from the App Store, these Terms are an agreement between the Company and the User, and Apple is not a party. The Company is responsible for maintaining and supporting the app and for handling the User's claims relating to it. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and governs where it conflicts with these Terms.

Article 17 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the use of the Service shall be resolved in the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
